PTFE tubing (polytetrafluoroethylene tubing) is manufactured from a fluoropolymer that exhibits attributes not found in other plastic materials and has the lowest coefficient of friction of any plastic, allowing for unrestricted flow without deposit build-up. It also has a working temperature of 500° f (260° c).
