What is "Cut-To-Size"?
Cut-To-Size means you get the length, height, and width you need. Our material specialists are available to help and advise you about appropriate plastic choices to ensure the material meets your specific requirements.
Cut sheets may have sharp edges. We recommend wearing protective gloves when unpacking and handling material to ensure safety.
What are your standard tolerances?
Our standard tolerance is ± 0.125" (1/8"). If a digital print or technical diagram is provided, we can provide a closer tolerance. For an additional fee, we can cut many materials as close as ± 0.010". Please call a material specialist at (888) 768-5759 to discuss your specific application.
Does Cut-To-Size include CNC routing and custom shapes?

Measure Twice, Cut Once
Once a stock size piece is cut, it cannot be resold as a full-size piece. Please measure carefully and double-check your measurements before you order. We follow the "measure twice, cut once" rule before processing your material, and we strongly recommend you do the same before placing your order.
