Roll end bearing inserts are fully machined from UHMW stock and designed to work with metal and plastic bearings and housings. These inserts are manufactured in one piece so you have a solid UHMW bearing to withstand heavier loads. They are highly chemically resistant and made from FDA, USDA, NSF and 3A Dairy compliant material.

In corrosion sensitive applications, UHMW is the preferred material and is routinely used in food contact applications where wash-down and lubricity are concerns. All of our parts match their metal counterparts for height, centerline, and bolt patterns and are, therefore, interchangeable dimensionally. 3/8" Thru Bore.

Nylon and UHMW plastics reduce energy loss and are used for long life wear parts.
