| Handling Charges | May apply in certain cases and vary by situation. |
| Special Packaging | Special packaging will be billed as an accessory unless noted in our quotation or description at time of purchase. |
| Standard Shipping | Cost of shipment will be paid to carrier and added to invoice. Out of stock inventory can take up to 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. |
| Non-Standard Shipping | $10.00 service fee may be added to non-standard shipments to cover additional costs. |
| Return Policy | Contact us for a mandatory authorization number. ISO requirements allow no exceptions. Credit cannot be issued until product is received and inspected in our facility. |

| Residential Address | Residential deliveries are charged an additional fee by UPS. Failure to check the Residential delivery box will result in those charges and a handling fee being charged to your account. Incorrect addresses will be treated similarly. |
| Cutting and Machining Plastics: | Work in a well ventilated area when harmful vapors may be involved. Air must be able to enter and exit the working area freely. Avoid inhaling vapors directly. Various plastic materials have different reactions when cut and burned. To learn more about the properties and potential dangers of a specific material, you may request a material safety data sheet (MSDS). If you are unsure of the dangers involved in machining plastic and the necessary safety precautions that should be taken, please consult an industry professional. |
