SACRAMENTO, Calif., Oct. 5, 2015/PRNewswire/ — Interstate Plastics has announced the appointment of Larry Chavez as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective Aug. 19.

Chavez most recently served as Director of Finance and Operations at Valley Rubber & Gasket Company Inc., a Sacramento-based fabricating distributor of conveyor belting, hose and sealing products. During Chavez’s 14-year tenure with Valley Rubber & Gasket, the organization expanded to eight locations in four states.
