DuraSurf™ ASC UV is an Anti-Static/Conductive UHMW that possesses UV stability and the highest level of conductivity in the industry with a surface resistivity of 10^2- 10^3. DuraSurf™ ASC UV protects against static build up that can occur in powder conveying and dust collection as well as provide protection in electronics applications such as appliance, mail sorting, copiers, printers and computers.

DuraSurf™ ETA also reduces scrap by 75%. When a standard 1/4" thick sheet of UHMW is installed using the traditional mechanical fastening method, 3/16" of the material is lost to the bolt head. This leaves only a 1/16" usable wear surface.
