Industrial Flexible Tubing & Synthetic Rubber Piping

Flexible Tube for Food Process, Medical, Chemical, and High-Pressure Industrial Applications

What is Excelon?

Excelon tubing offers the best in performance and versatility at an affordable cost. Flexible yet durable, Excelon tubing is manufactured to maintain excellent performance over time in environments where rubber tubing would crack or weaken. From transferring food and beverages to safely moving fuel, lubricants, and gases, Excelon tubing is used across many industries for commercial, industrial grade, and FDA compliant applications. Many Excelon tubes are equivalent to Tygon® and can be used as an alternative for the same applications.

A few of those applications include, but are not limited to:

  • Food and beverage processing
  • Pharmaceutical & cosmetic processing
  • Chemical & fuel transfer
  • Coolant recovery
  • Lubrication and degreaser dispensing
What is TPE?

ThermoPlastic Elastomers, or TPE, are a mix of an elastomer, more commonly known as rubber, and a thermoplastic. They are created through a variety of methods, including extrusion, injection molding, and blow molding.

TPEs combine the potential recyclability and easy processing of thermoplastics with the flexibility and softness of an elastomer. The result is a material with excellent thermal properties and stability that resists cracking and can be moderately stretched and returned to its original shape as needed.

TPEs are used everywhere - from consumer goods like housewares to medical equipment, grips, and power tools, they are incredibly versatile.
