The NO-MELT carbide-tipped saw blade from Forrest is specifically designed for cutting single or multiple stacked sheets of acrylic, Delrin®, ABS, styrene, PVC, and both high and low-melting nylon plastic without melting the material.
Uniquely designed side clearances on the carbide teeth virtually eliminate any formation of melted burrs or residue buildup on cross-sawn sections of plastic materials. The large number of carbide teeth with a specially modified triple-chip grind (tooth style #11) allows fast feeding of brittle acrylics with no chipping.
Made with DOUBLE-HARD, 40% stronger C4 carbide teeth extends the saw from 50% to 300% longer life between sharpening, reducing maintenance costs. The durable carbide teeth also improve labor efficiency because fewer blades are required to perform even the toughest jobs.
The coding for each product denotes DIAMETER-THICKNESS of TEETH-# TEETH.
Custom blades can also be produced upon request. Call us at 888-768-5759 for more information.

This is the best saw blade we've ever had, and needs less resharpening than anything else I've tried.

The best no-melt blade on the market. You can cut through dozens of sheets at once without any bonding together. Super tolerance, just a great all around blade.
