Nudo® Poly-Metal

PolyMetal sign panels have a recycled thermoplastic core sandwiched between two sheets of finished aluminum on one or two sides.

This flat, durable, and moisture resistant Class A fire-rated panel is ideal for direct digital printing, bending, and routing. PolyMetal can be used for exterior signage and stands up to rain and wind. A recycled thermoplastic core lends itself to resisting moisture.

Expanded PVC

Expanded PVC, sometimes referred to as foamed PVC, is ideal for indoor signage or short-term outdoor signage. Opaque enough for double-faced signs, cost-effective expanded PVC sheet can be cut, drilled, and line-bent. Expanded PVC also makes an ideal substrate for screen printing, painting, and laminating.

Cost-effective and easy to print/paint on, high-impact styrene is commonly used for models, prototypes, signs, displays, enclosures, and more. It can be drilled, threaded, sawed, sheared, punched, and machined. It can also be painted and has excellent forming properties. FDA grades are available on special request.

Fluted Polypropylene

Fluted Polypropylene has a wide variety of industrial, artistic, and decorative applications. It can be die-cut, scored, glued, stitched, and ultrasonically welded. Fluted polypro is receptive to adhesives, vinyl lettering, and can be flexographic, screen, and digitally printed. Its ideal for widespread applications and industries, such as signage, automotive, construction, shelter, converting, lamination, industrial and agricultural packaging.

HDPE ColorCore®

High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) ColorCore® is a durable plastic used commonly for signage applications. It is environmentally and UV stabilized to withstand even the harshest outdoor conditions and can be used in areas that are washed often or regularly exposed to moisture. The material can be fabricated using common woodworking tools and techniques, and unlike other signage materials, ColorCore® is manufactured using a process that fuses various colored layers into a single homogeneous sheet.

ColorCore's® thin cap layers (approximately 10% of the thickness on each side) and bright primary colors (approximately 80% of the core) make it the ideal material for signage, marine, playground, and other recreational applications.

Bubble-X

Bubble-X printing and packaging plastic sheets can be recycled and work well as an alternative to expanded PVC. Bubble-X has found use in areas where normal corrugated plastics have not been able to withstand challenging outdoor environments. The material works well with processing including screen printing, digital printing, die cutting, scoring, folding, gluing, stapling, grommeting, drilling, laser cutting, and sonic welding.
