Woodgrain HDPE Sheets (TimberLine™)

Woodgrain HDPE is a solid-polymer engineered High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) sheet. It is designed to bridge the gap between the industrial durability of plastics and the attractive aesthetics of wood and is a better material alternative for cabinetry & outdoor woodworking applications.

While wood-plastic composites (WPC) can be brittle, heavy, and prone to moisture absorption, Woodgrain HDPE is waterproof and provides superior impact resistance and structural integrity for marine cabinetry, outdoor furniture, and playground systems.

• 100% Homogenous: Solid color and grain throughout the entire sheet. No wood fibers or fillers - this material won't swell, rot, or delaminate.
• Tactile Texture: Deep-embossed grain provides a non-slip surface and authentic wood feel.
• Low Maintenance: UV-stabilized to prevent fading. Never requires sanding, staining, or painting even on machined edges.
• Workable: Can be cut, drilled, and shaped using standard carbide-tipped woodworking tools.

TimberLine™ Woodgrain HDPE features proprietary variegated color technology. Rather than a flat, single color plastic appearance, TimberLine™ incorporates the highlights and shadows found in natural teak, mahogany, and ash wood. This premium aesthetic is paired with UV-inhibitors to ensure the "freshly stained" wood look lasts in high-sun environments and won't chalk or fade.

100% waterproof and UV-stabilized woodgrain HDPE is used for:

Because Woodgrain HDPE is a solid, consistent material, it eliminates the need for edge-banding. When routed or CNC-machined, the exposed edges of the sheet maintain the same color as the surface. It is inherently moisture-proof and won't peel or delaminate, providing a massive advantage for outdoor kitchens and boat galleys over traditional plywood or veneers.

Woodgrain HDPE is engineered to outperform HDU (High Density Urethane) and marine-grade plywood in high-traffic or coastal areas:
