PVC Sheet & Rod

Buy cut-to-size PVC plastic sheet, rod, and film: Type I for chemical resistance, Type II for impact, CPVC for elevated temperatures, and expanded PVC for signage.

What is PVC Plastic?

Polyvinyl chloride, or PVC for short, is one of the world's most widely used machinable plastics for its extreme versatility. PVC has a great resistance to oils and a low permeability to gases. It is ideally suited for applications where maximum chemical resistance is necessary.

Expanded PVC has an extraordinary combination of features that make it ideal for signage, exhibits, store displays, POP, kiosks, screen printing and more. The surface is a smooth matte finish that makes it ideal to paint or laminate.

PVC and Expanded PVC plastic are also known by brand names including Celtec, Benvic, Dural, Fiberloc, Flexalloy, Novatemp, Polytron, Polyvin, Unichem, and Vistel.

  • Good electrical/insulation properties
  • Performance in a wide temperature range
  • Durable with long-life expectancy
  • Cost effective
  • Excellent chemical resistance
  • Light weight, high strength

Common Uses of PVC Plastic

PVC: Roughly half of the world's polyvinyl chloride resin manufactured annually is used for producing pipes for municipal and industrial applications:

  • Pipes: sanitary, sewer, water supply, reinforcement, drainage , gutters, downspouts
  • Electrical cable insulation
  • Painted wood substitute
  • Window frames
  • Leather-like substitute in clothing

Expanded PVC:

  • Signage and Signs
  • Exhibits
  • Store and product displays
  • POP (Point of purchase displays)
  • Kiosks
  • Screen printing
  • Fixtures
  • Risers
