ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) plastic is a tough, rigid thermoplastic material with high impact strength. It is easily machined and ideal for turning, drilling, milling, sawing, die-cutting and shearing.
PETG offers greater impact strength over acrylic and cost-effectiveness compared to polycarbonate. It offers deep draws, complex die-cuts, and precise molded details without sacrificing structural integrity.
Polycarbonate is a lightweight, virtually unbreakable plastic with extreme impact resistance.
Styrene is inexpensive, has good dimensional stability and impact resistance. Perfect for when high impact resistance and machinability are needed at a cost effective price point.
